The Croft Practice

My family has been with the surgery for 10yrs now. On the whole the staff have been great . The phone system has greatly improved now it has the call back on there. However getting an appointment is not so easy, you have to wait 4 weeks and above to get one. My last appointment last month was my best yet. Dr Rose was fantastic, she listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease. My only concern is that she referred me for scans to be done but I have yet to receive an appointment. ( not the gps fault).

At all other times I have been able to get an appointment quickly but on this occasion had to wait 2 weeks. Shame because I knew what I needed for a recurring issue which dragged on because of the wait. Once in the surgery I was well looked after by Ness, who I was also able to talk to about the menopause.

With already having an overloaded gp, these guys are great. I've always been fitted in and seen to. Thank you guys.

On all my visits and on phone calls the staff have been excellent, listening and asking questions to clarify a point. The staff have been very pleasant, polite, friendly and helpful at all times. If ever they aren't sure about anything they'll say wait a moment please while I check something out with a colleague. On returning they apologised for keeping me waiting, this has never been more than a moment or two.

It is a lovely surgery and all staff are amazing. Due to growing population appointments are hard to come by, but this is national and not specific to this surgery. Likewise waiting rimes on referrals (again not the surgery's fault) They are building a bigger centre which will improve this. Otherwise I am always grateful for their help.
